Work Experience

With a work experience of about 2 years, have worked as an executive (July 05- May 06) at a KPO. Focus areas are STM (Scientific, Technical and Medical) Division, B&C (Business and Commercial) Division and GMR (Global Market Research).
Playing the role of a team lead for projects in the field of polymer technology, patent works, biotechnology, life sciences and engineering with a team of 20 engineers for the successful completion of the projects streamlined along the BS 7799 and ISO 9001:2000 quality standards. These projects involve data analysis, taxonomy building (top down approach), keyword search implementation, abstraction and extraction services for patent works.

I am a part of the Business Development team for the last couple of months where in other than direct marketing we are into the process of market analysis and identification of the potential market segments wherein market penetration is possible. We implement primary and secondary market research for this purpose. Tele calling is the mode of client interaction during the initial stages.
