The responsibilities are to look after the production activities, quality control, to meet the target of production, planning of preventive maintenance & shut down job, administration of factory, health & safety precaution, also monitoring the consumption norms and controlling pinpoint wastage. Beside this I had also involve in new expansion projects and successfully commissioned Natural Draught Cooling Tower with a removing heat capacity is 750000 Kcal /hr and the Thermo-Fluid Boiler husk based of heat generating capacity 20.0 lack cal/hr. Other projects, which I had completed, are Erection & Commissioning of acid (sulfuric acid) & caustic treatment plant, commissioning of new Filter-Press etc. Beside this I also shootout the daily process problems and arranging the outside agencies for the plant modification maintenance problems and develop TQM system within a peripheral of our management system.

Junior Executive Trainee in Aug 8th 1986, after successfully completion of two year training program, management had promoted as Assistant Process Engineer in Aug 1988. My hard work and abilities were noticed by management and promoted further as Process Engineer in Oct1991. In April 1995 management had further promoted as Deputy. Manager (P) and given a whole responsibility to look after the production of Ammonium Chloride cycle. After analyzing my performance and dedication towards the assigned jobs, management had again promoted as Senior Deputy. Manager (P) in April 1999 to May 2002 to look after the production activities of ammonium chloride on dependently and assist to chief manager production.
