Inner door handle is meshed with provided customer quality criteria. Contact are generated between
Pin , Lever and Bracket. Hinge joint is created between pin and lever. Static strength analysis is carried
out using Abaqus. Stress , strain and deformation values are determined. compare the result with yield
stress and break elongation limit of different material.

To evaluate Static Strength of Outer door Handle up to 600N force when lever is in open
condition
Tools : - Hypermesh , Abaqus , Hyperview
Contact are generated between all ODH different parts. Applying boundary and loading condition to
ODH. Static strength analysis is carried out using Abaqus. Stress , strain and deformation values are
determined. compare the result with yield stress and break elongation limit of different material.
To determine Torsional Strength of Back Door Handle Assembly at 8NM Torque .
Tools : - Hypermesh , Abaqus , Hyperview
Back door handle all parts contact are created. Applying boundary and loading condition to BDH.
Moment is applying on Nut and Case part. Torsional strength analysis is carried out using Abaqus.
Stress, strain and deformation values are determined. Compare the result with yield stress and break
elongation limit of different material.

To determine the load carrying capacity of Hood Latch under various Loading condition.

All hood latch parts contact are created . Applying various boundary and loading condition as per requirements. Static strength analysis is carried out using Abaqus. Stress ,strain and deformation values are determined. compare the result with yield stress and break elongation limit of different material.
To evaluate Static Strength of Back door Handle up to 450N force when handle is in open condition
To determine the load carrying capacity of Hood Latch under various Loading condition.
To check the design strength of Steering lock at 300N-M torque .
To determine the load carrying capacity of Tail Latch under various Loading condition
To evaluate Static Strength of TML-709 Outer Door Handle up to 600N force when handle is in Closed condition
