To Perform Head Impact Analysis on A & B PILLARS.
CAE Tools :- Hypermesh, LS-Dyna, Hyperview
Carry out modelling of A & B Pillars.
Impactor of 165 mm diameter of 6.8 KG is Impacted on different impact points of A & B pillar assembly.
3 MS clip acceleration values were evaluated and checked weather it is below 80g.
Effective plastic strain was also evaluated within impact zone
To prepare detailed analysis report.
Post processing was done using HyperView
2. To Perform Abdomen Impact on Car DOOR PANEL
CAE Tools :- Hypermesh, LS-Dyna, HyperView
Detail Modelling of Door Panel.
Load case setup and simulation as per ECER95 for side impact on armrest of door panel to reduce the risk of injury to the occupant
Detail post processing and energy balance check in HyperView
Report preparation for project is done and delivered to client.
3. Evaluate Structural Strength of DOOR PANEL Analysis
CAE Tools:- Hypermesh, LS-Dyna, Hyper view
Prepare complete deck for static test such as belt line, armrest, map pocket pull etc.
Structural analysis has been carried out for different load condition on arm rest, Map
Pocket and Belt line etc.
Check deformation and Stress for various load condition.
Debugging of FLOOR CONSOLE by using LS-Dyna

Objective of this project to prepare a runnable model for final simulation
FE modeling of Floor console carried out using shell, tetra and hexa mesh. 1d element use for connection.
Load case setup for different load condition.
Debugging the model by using LS-Dyna
