Responsible for simulation and Validation of plastic parts, project Management, delivery responsibilities
Support simulation with Filling, Packing, Cooling, Warpage, Gate Location, Molding Window and Core Shift Analysis utilizing Auto-desk Mold-flow software.
Carryout Mold-flow analysis for various parts and support the product and tooling team with analytical insights from the simulations
Product design optimization such as DOE, Thickness change, addition of ribs to reduce war page, improve strength and stability in product stage.
Identify potential problems and suggest improvements at different stages, from product concept design, to mould design
Collaborate with engineering & Tooling manufacturing personnel to optimize parts design and processing windows of injection moulded parts.
