Presently working with a leading company : OEM for turnkey projects of Pharmaceutical Industries. It is having Design, Manufacturing and Automation units at Mumbai. The projects are Steam Sterilizer (Autoclave), Bung Processor, Dry Heat Sterilizer, Pure Steam Generator, and Multicolumn Distillation plant, De-pyrogenating & Sterilizing Tunnel and Super Heated Water Spray Terminal Sterilizer.

Preparation of Fabrication drawings.

Preparation of Equipment Layout as per Client specifications using URS.

Project executed for Pharmaceutical process plants are:
1) Multi Effect Distillation plant: - This plant is used for the continuous production of distilled water for injection (WFI).
2) De-Pyrogenating & Sterilizing Tunnel: - is used for the continuous Drying, sterilization and Cooling of Ampoules, vials etc. at constant temperature and pressure.
3) Steam sterilizer (Autoclave): - is used for the batch sterilizing of plastic bottles, gowns, media and machine parts. Pressurized steam is used as a heating media.
4) Dry Heat Sterilizer (DHS): - is used for the batch sterilizing of vials, ampoules etc. Air is used as a sterilizing media.
5) Super heated water spray terminal sterilizer: - is used for the batch sterilizing of plastic bottles, saline bottles. Hot and Pressurized mixture of water and air is used as a heating media.
6) Pure Steam Generator: is used for generating clean steam continuously is used as heating media.
7) Bung processor: is used for washing, sterilization, silicon sing & drying of rubber bungs.
All above systems/plants are fully automatic consisting of PLC and HMI/Touch Screens with number of interlocks and control loops i.e. temperature, pressure, level, flow, conductivity and conveyor speed.
