(Stores) Stores / Inventory Management:-
Responsible for proper Receipts, Documentation, and Follow the Procedures for critical issues.
Storage and Preservation of material as per fixed and flexible location.
To ensure control, track and disposal of low shelf life material.
Control of non-conforming material in stores and necessary action to avoid use on non-conforming material.
To make stores ready every time for surprise audit both internal & external.
Responsible for monthly stock valuation of BOP & RM.
Responsible for perpetual inventory & Customer Property Control.
Conduct the physical verification of stores on every month end.
Rejection Dispatched to Vendors Properly & Maintained rejection Details.
To Maintain FIFO of all BOP & Raw Material, Imported & Indigenous.
