Job Profile:
Working as Sectional Head of Electrical Maintenance and be able to lead the team of electrical engineers and handling the entire plant electrical, electronics and mechanical maintenance activities.
Have sound knowledge of LT/HT switch gears, variable frequency drive, Diesel generators (DG), etc and should be able to read and understand control circuit diagram
Attend to breakdown maintenance of electrical machinery / systems ensuring minimum downtime. Must be able to analyze the root cause of failure and than able to take appropriate corrective and preventive action.
Implement equipment wise preventive maintenance plan within targeted norms for spares consumption and labour utilization. Forecasting the spares requirement and executing maintenance schedules planning for all Electrical related equipments / systems.
Planning for shut down maintenance with details of activities, manpower and spare planning with minimum time frame and within given budget.
Ensure spares planning & control as per budgeted norms.
Provide technical assistance in vendor development & selection of spares.
Preparation of dept. budgets for material consumption, labour & plant up gradation in consultation with Director – Technical.
