Since April 1992 to till date.
Presently working with a leading manufacturer of Plastics Processing Machinery in India presently Extrusion Lines Multilayer Blown Film Plant -3 layer, 5-layer (IBC and Non IBC), RPVC Pipe Plant, HDPE/PP/PPR Pipe Plant, Compounding line, Blow Moulding (1 Ltr. to 200 Ltrs.) and Injection Moulding (50 Ton to 1200 Ton), etc.
Job Profile:
Started working with DESMA product i.e. Direct Soling M/C, P.U. Soling m/c with multiple stations and rubber Injection moulding m/c. The end customer are shoes Industries
(PU, PVC, TPR) and Rubber product industries (oil seals, sole etc).
After that additional responsibility of moulding m/c. The end customers are Auto sector
(Two wheeler, four wheeler), Medical, House hold Product, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial etc. till 1998.
After that transfer in extrusion division having different product Line, Multilayer Film Plant, Pipe Plant (RPVC, HDPE, PP, PPR-C), Engineering compounding Line, Extrusion Coating M/C etc.

Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
Executing effective marketing plans designed to assure achievement of agreed-to volume, market share and profit objectives.
Implementing competitive strategies for generating project sales, developing & expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets.
Necessary support and training to the sales force to achieve the targets with good profit.

2. Industrial Sales & Marketing:
Exploring potential business avenues and managing marketing and sales operations for wide range of industrial products & services.
Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning to the sales force.

3. Client Relationship Management:
Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing pre/post technical assistance and achieving delivery and quality norms.

4. Operations Management:
Giving presentations and demonstrations to the prospective clients; handling pre-project and post project activities and various techno-commercial functions for securing projects.
Networking with the project team to ensure effective delivery of project solution keeping in consideration the pre-discussed parameters.

5. Presently leading the sales team in North India and providing necessary support and training to handle the market and achieve the targets with profit.

Chief Accomplishments:
Converted the competitors loyal customers i.e. Prakash Inds., Rexor India, Tirupati Apollo Pipe, Flex Inds etc. and captured 80% of the market share.
Generated new segment i.e. converted good traders and flexible packaging converters to manufacturing unit i.e. Rexor Ind. Ltd., Pragati Packing, Surya Polypack, Spack Laminators, Luxmi Pipes, Sumit Plastics, Jindal Polyvin, Kanodia Packaging, Chawla Laminators, etc.
