Job Profile:
Independently manage and lead entire production operation of the factory.
Production Planning and Control.
Maintain the process parameters for production.
Ensure machine productivity levels are achieved.
Manpower distribution as per production planning.
Monitor the availability of adequate raw materials as per the production plan.
Ensure manpower productivity levels are achieved every shift.
Assign and Manage manpower available on a shift.
Coordination with Planning, Purchase, and Stores.

Maintenance related Responsibilities:
Review the preventive maintenance plan for identifying the daily scheduled jobs.
To identify any maintenance job based on condition monitoring.
Conduct daily interdepartmental coordination meetings with engineers and supervisors.
Plan the maintenance jobs of plant, keeping in view of the jobs in Performance Reports and Pending Jobs list provided.
Monitor and inspect all the equipment of plant.
To authorize work permits of preventive/break down maintenance of equipment of plant.
Attend department coordination meeting to discuss abnormalities of plant/pending jobs.
Provide different reports to operational manager.
Followup the preparation of yearly maintenance plan for plant / equipment and getting approval from operational manager.
Monitor the insulation/padding and painting jobs of plant by contractors.
Meet any urgent requirement of parts and initiate the local development of spare parts from local vendors/market.
Execute annual maintenance of plant / equipments.
Attend emergencies of the plant in odd hours.
Confirm after the completion of job on the Work Permit.
Keep the plant in good running condition as per policy and supervise critical jobs as per HSE and Quality Standards.
Inspect imported / local spare parts and other store issues.
Conduct audit after 6 months to check if store is maintained properly.
Provide continuous guidance for maintenance and training of maintenance team for safe execution of maintenance jobs.
Assist in budget estimation of spare parts and monitor yearly budget of imported spare parts
Trouble shoot and get the machine in the shortest possible time
Trained the staff about fire fighting and HSE related knowledge
