Worked with ISO 9001: 2000, HACCP & SGS. It is an meat processing industry and specializes in fresh & frozen and processed meat. It is an 100% export oriented unit.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A HOD of Central Maintenance Team (CMT) which kept an eye on Refrigeration plant, DG House, Abattoir Plant, Boilers and ETP.
Maintenance in all the plant including the technical lookafters of compressors, chillers, coldstorage, cooling towers, air compressor, D.G Sets, Pneumatic Machines, Hydraulic Machines, centrifuges, decanters, indirect steam dryer, hammer mill, fired dryer, boiler, screw pumps, screw conveyor, belt conveyor, metal detectors and steam cookers.
A member of ISO 9001: 2000, HACCP & SGS team.
To attend the training programmes on behalf of the company and implementation of the technologies (emerging in the market) to the company.

The company is certified with ISO 90001 and Specializes in the make of Auto Ignition works. It has a good grab on the market and supplies its products to Bajaj Auto, Hero Honda, TVS Motors etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance and Operation of different machineries including the machines: Heavy press, Molding Machines (Plastic and Bakelite) and Compressor.

SPECIALIZED TASK PERFORMED IN THE INDUSTRY:
Involved in Installation and commissioning of rendering plant (dry) capacity of 5 ton/hr. The plant was imported from KEITH ENGG PVT. LTD, AUSTRALIA.
Involved in installation and commissioning of programmable logically control (PLC) based. Rendering plant (wet) of capacity 20 ton/hr. The plant was imported from ALFA LAVAL, DENMARK. In the above project, latest technologies of machineries was used in centrifuges, decanters, indirect steam dryer, Alfa vap, gelatin chips mill and other minor devices.
Involved in Installation and commissioning of 2 diesel boiler (fire tube type) of capacity 4.5 ton/hr. The plant was installed by JN MARSHALL, INDIA in this boiler Whishupet burner was used.
