Extracting the AQ and MBQ from the QFD, in style and utility point of view of the vehicle and final preparation of design input of the parts.
Analyzing competitor models, their layouts and preparation of 3D cad layout for 2 wheeler style parts.
Design of part and components of external body plastic parts while ensuring tool and vehicle manufacturability and engineering feasibility & provide Fit and Finish standards to assure quality conformance.
Solid/Surface modeling, assembly, layout package and concept generation and selection of the best and effective concept.
Preparations of DFMEA, DFM/DFA from concept stage to final product roll out, along with cross-functional team members.

Upgrade of 180cc Motorcycle, named “RTR, ABS”:

Description  : The project was targeted to bring a new feature ABS (Antilock break system), first time in motorcycle in India. TVS Apache RTR 180 ABS is brought with same style & new feature ABS.

Working as a supervisory improvement team member, solved a major customer complaints in TVS Scooty pep+, Scooty Streak & Wego vehicle.
