Job Profile:
Sample Analysis (identify its polymer structure & its Quality parameter)
Co-ordinate with sales person & reply with analysis report
Develop same structure with customer requirement
Hands on testing and validation of different packaging materials using analytical techniques and research and development of new analytical techniques.
Co-ordinate to RMS/Purchase arrange raw material & its testing, Co-ordinate to shop floor, plan for production, & carry out all process smoothly resolving their issues while processing of  R&D process order (printing/lamination/ex. lamination/
slitting/packing dispatch etc.) 
Identify areas to reduce cost in packaging materials without compromise on core quality requirements i.e. Development of innovative and cost effective packaging.
