1.CSIR :The Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) --the premier industrial R&D organization in India was constituted in 1942 by a resolution of the then Central Legislative Assembly.

Professional Experience:
1. Developed high temperature oil seal compounds based on Fluorocarbon (FKM: VITON/FLUOREL) rubber & AFLAS
2. Reduced high oil resistance rubber compound cost with new formulations based on different Synthetic Elastomers.
3. Introduced PTFE (Sintered gasket) based composite Oil Seals with combination of Fluorocarbon/Polyacrylic rubber.
4. Developed veneered layered MPFI Automotive fuel hoses with Fluorocarbon rubber & other oil resistance synthetic elastomers.
5. Developed new LPG hoses with co-ordination of Oil companies & LERC, Bangalore for domestic & industrial applications.
6. Developed Air Conditioning Hoses for Automotive & other applications for Refrigerants R134a & R22.
7. Introduced High Temperature & High pressure Hydraulic hoses for earthmoving & other critical application.
8. Developed High pressure Steam Hoses for super saturated steam applications based on EPDM elastomers.
9. Successfully start up & stabilize new process parameters by developing different formulations for various synthetic rubbers for Moulded & Extruded product applications.
10. Introduced different grades of Specialty Carbon Blacks TDS / Specifications for EMI/ESD/ Semiconducting applications for Plastic & Rubber compounding & Paints & Coating.
