Had worked in the Quality Assurance dept. RPG, for 14 Years 6 months and gained sufficient exposure in activities related to Analysis and Troubleshooting of various process related issues, ensuring Total Quality of the Product at every stage hence the final product.
Quality was being monitored & ensured by analyzing the data available over a period of time with SQC & SPC. These formed tangible indicies for implementation and review of any process related quality issues. Quality is being assured using Random sampling techniques.
Apart from routine activities I am an Active leader, Facilitator, Analyst, Member of SGAs & have led them primarily aimed at improving the existing process related issues bringing about a marked improvement in the Cost of Manufacturing without compromising on the overall quality. This has resulted in profit of nearly one crore.
