Effect of different process parameters on the Mechanical properties of Polypropylene material component.”
Determining optimal process parameter settings critically influences productivity, quality,    and cost of production in the plastic injection moulding (PIM) industry. The small changes of moulding parameters will give higher impact to the plastic characteristics. This research focuses  on  the Effect  of  different  process  parameters  on the mechanical  properties  of polypropylene material component”. Special attention is devoted to investigate the influence of back pressure on the mechanical properties of injection moulded PP. The mechanical, thermal properties of the sample were analyzed by varying the processing parameters by 5%.
