To carry out analytical works both for on-line & off-line samples as per the laid down procedures and to maintain all analytical records..
Field inspection of sub raw materials and finished product, maintain all working records.
Preparation of analysis report for the incoming materials. Preparation of QA report & test certificate for the final product.
Up-keep & maintenance of lab instruments.
Inspection & sampling of raw and sub raw materials.
Inspection and testing of intermediate in process at all stages of production i.e. Polymerization and Extrusion.
Inspection and testing of finished products prior to Dispatch.
Trouble shooting jobs related to production and color matching.
Investigation of customer complaints and suggesting corrective action for the same.
Monitoring and guiding day to day activities related to Q.A Department in shift.
I have also took an interest in R&D work at Laboratory level.
