Casting inspection of Gate, Globe & Swing-Check Valve components as per drawing & visually for aesthetics defects such as Blow & Pin Holes, Sand, Porosity, Crack, Waviness, Chaplet, Mismatch as per MSS-SP55.
Also looking after Third Party Inspection of Valves which is inspected by Third Party Inspection agencies such as Engineers India Ltd, UHDE India Ltd. These tests are Shell, Hydro-Seat, Back- Seat test & Air test. These tests are carried out as per API 598, BS5146.
