Job Profile:
Experience in development of polymeric membranes and waste water treatment process.
Conduct the reactions for improvement of surface modifications of membranes during polymeric membrane preparation.
Identified and characterized characteristics of membranes through external laboratories.
Literature survey regarding research topic and new technologies, product competency with the market were performed using internet and for research articles through NCL library (National Chemical Laboratory)
Technical Support to internal and external departments of companies regarding the developed process of waste water recycling.

Research Experience:
Completed the project on “Polymer supported catalyst” in National Chemical Laboratory, Pune.
During project, Polystyrenedi vinyl benzene synthesized and further resin Chloromethylation was carried out.
Ethylene diamine & Salicylaldehyde was inserted over resin & finally ruthenium tri-chloride was loaded over the resin.
This polymer supported catalyst was tested for its swelling study in different solvents.
This catalyst used for oxidation of Benzyl alcohol to convert Benzaldehyde.
In Aquatech, flat sheet & hollow fiber membrane were developed & technology transferred to production unit, successfully.
In this tenure, 6 products developed & transferred to production.
During membrane development, recently visit the NCL, for finding research papers and characterization of samples.

Training conducted:
Be present at the Two day training program on Total organic carbon analyzer (TOC) by Shimadzu analytical instruments Pvt ltd, at Mumbai.
Attend the training on fire fighting technique & how to avoid the fire in company

Achievements: 
Developed the hollow fiber membrane from Polyethersulfone and Polyvinylidene fluoride of different molecular weight cut off as per the application requirement.
PVDF membrane made antifouling by using 1, 3 Diaminopropane.
Spectral analysis performed using FTIR
Developed the antifouling fiber by sulfonating the polymer.
Developed & standardize the process of Sulfonation of Polysulfone.
Developed the hydrophobic flat sheet membrane for gas removal.
