Responsibilities : Being a plastic engineer, my major job responsibilities include:
I am fully responsible for production and quality control of lamination grade polyethylene films manufactured on start of art WINDSOR make multilayer blown film plant.
To prepare Raw material recepies as per end use of the film.
To look after production planning to meet customer requirements in terms of quality and delivery schedule.
Co-ordination with printing and lamination departments to suit their requirements of polyethylene films time to time.
To look after manpower handling.
To look after inventory control and purchase planning of consumables like granules, machinery spares etc.
To look after routine as well as preventive maintenance.
