Extrusion:
3 Reifenhauser line and major line with 2MT hr /OP and 4 layer extruder, and majority share of the products for DANONE International orders.
Thermoforming:
8 Lines with 5 Illig lines and 3 Brown and product includes cups and lids for major clients includes McDonalds. Yearly volume covers 980 million.
Blow molding:
2 uniloy and Bekum and 8 Rocheleau lines capable of an yearly output of 210 Million blown bottles and product ranges from 180 to 2 Ltr Bottles.
Pet Molding:
2 Nisei and 3 Sidel lines with an yearly output of 320 million blown bottles and rang from 180 to 1750 ml bottles.
Operations Planning And Control, Under The Scope:
SAP PP transaction in charge from order creation to confirmation and different stages of capturing the scrap and assignment of Re work qty and also monthly PI movement.
Periodic Review of BOM and also assigning the BOM and routing for New Products and development samples.
Costing parameter for new product enquiry
Periodic review of operational plan to locate the backlogs
Daily review of machine efficiency and assigning justification for major deviation from the target.
Monthly KPI analysis for all dept and preparing monthly performance report.
Material re conciliation from issue to conversion.
Annual material consumption around 40,000 MT includes PS,
PE,PET ,SBS and PP Materials.
Annual turnover in value 100 Million USD and 2015, an expansion plan for PET bottles with 120 million additional supply.

Analysis being made to develop separate operational target for each dept in volume and tonnage to meet both Sales and Operational objectives.
Achieved maximum machine utilization till updated to meet the orders, for the THERMOFORMING machine, by identifying the bottlenecks.
Formulated plans to minimize the year end stock holding for the raw and packaging materials, for the year 2015.
Achieved Cost saving, by reducing the PS MB mixing proportion for the extruded sheet.
Achieved 90 % stable weekly job and work order plan to execute the Master Production schedule.
Minimized raw material inventory level, adopting EOQ model and safety level, based on average and standard deviation of Demand Pattern.
Analyzed the cycle inventory and average flow time of raw material to determine optimal level of product availability and cash flow.
Chaired monthly meetings to analyze operations and material plan against customer order.
Monthly KPI meeting, to review the supply Chain Performance, focus to operations planning and control.
