Packaging sign off of all new parts to be done with supplier
Creation of New part BOM (Bill of Material) in SAP system & same to be get approved for cost certificate & Excise view
Authority to change existing part BOM with reference to EN or special note from R&D team.
Production Resource (manpower) Planning
Check month wise production requirement as per plan released by CPPC team & accordingly plan the manpower of Axle PU
If production volumes are more then need to provide manpower to all departments in terms of NEEM, ITI & Casuals.
Provision of manpower to all departments in such a way that OPP (Output per person) of PU should not fired.
Monthly requirement of NEEM, ITI & Casuals to be shared with ER department.
Capital Budget (Capex)
Prepare Capital/Admin/IT budget (Capex) for coming financial year of Axle PU & Finalise the same after discussion with HOD
Present the capital budget in front of Plant Head for approval
Take follow up with current year approved items from Capital/Admin/IT budget
Fill IRN (Item Request Note) for approved items in current year Budget with quotation & take a follow up of same so that item can be received soon.
Others Activities
Prepare Operation Review (OR) presentation of Axle PU for every month
Presentation of months highlights of PU to plant head
Identify TNI (Training Need Identification) of all managers & officers of PU (Functional & Behavioural) after discussion with HOD & same to be planned with the help of HR team
Conduct induction of GET & GAT batches
Participate CSR (Company’s Social Responsibility) like ESOP
Enhance & Help Nanhi Kali project as a part of CSR activities
