Finish all the pending work before the financial closing period.
Ensure all the receiving documents are with proper rate and taxes which imposed on party invoice with proper communication with the finance department.
Complete SAP VS Physical report and submit to the adjustment within the month if any difference found.
Production analysis report as per the consumption of raw material during the month and define the loss and profit percent.
Work should be done in proper channels and discipline by the team members and never by
passes any compliance.
Preparation of the next month work planning for the requirement of raw material for
production as per the stock of last month.
Preparation of MIS presentation report of every month and present to the management.
Ensure material available in stock as per our fixed inventory level if found any discrepancy then immediately touch with procurement and logistic team for maintaining the inventory
level in our stock.
Prepare the report of wastage or damage material every month and discuss with management
for dispose this with accounts.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
