IAM involves creating new items, new revisions for updating the changes required.
After customer approval product & drawings are moved from initial status to final status where the product is released for manufacturing.

Developing of B-Surface from given Styling Surface as per the guideline. Creation of technical features on the B-Side surface and Engineering features considering manufacturing feasibility.

Summary:
Studying the product drawing/data supplied by the customer and checking for its correctness.
Study of manufacturing feasibilities of the component.
Preparing the die layouts/plans indicating the detail of operation performed in each stage using the UG NX 10.
Formability analysis for all sheet metal operations including trim line optimization
Preparing Method plan for deciding the process of the part.
Interaction with Product designer for modifying the part as per the simulation result.
AUTOFORM SIMULATION is used for analyzing any spring back, wrinkles, thickening, and thinning rate of a sheet after simulation on the sheet is completed.
