ICE CREAM TRAY CONVERT TO SUMP (PCM), ELIMINATES SUMP:
Main challenge of this project is to develop new product with same dimensions of existing
part and reducing its weight in new manufacturing process for cost reduction.
Converting to pats in a single part i.e. convert ice cream tray and sump into single part which
perform function of both pats.
Changed manufacturing method from injection to blow molding process and made changes
in design as per new blow molding process.
Making its number of concepts & preliminary drawings its presentations to discuss with
vender for manufacturability and its tool costing.
ANALYSIS OF DOVETAIL PLATFORM FEATURES INTO TALLADEGA PLATFORM:
Working on Talladega 3D Cad assembly.
Created a temporary Cad assembly of Talladega Model & Fix all Dovetail model internal
features (Shelve, Crisper, Pantry etc) into newly created Talladega model.
Verify each feature for fitment and Capture issues if part is not fitting.
Generate report for each part & Modify parts to fit into Talladega model.
Capture all modifications that need to be done for all parts & Generate a report for Project.
SAFETY HINGE FOR DOOR:
In this project we created new concept for safety hinge to overcome the issue of
failure of door hinge and avoid damage to consumer.
So we created additional door hinge without change in door design and its assembly points
to stop it at 130 to 140 degree angle.
REVERSE ENGINEERING WORK:
Converting INDESIT company data to whirlpool standards.
Converting STEP files data of INDESIT into parametric 3D model and making its drawings
as per whirlpool standard and release them.
Packaging tasks: making packaging models and their drawing
