Financial & Management Accounting:
Responsibilities includes day to day maintenance of accounts, invoicing, project accounting/ controls ,financial controls which includes budget control, credit control, debtors control and cost control, and timely / accurate preparation / closure of monthly / annual accounts / financial reports, scrutinize of ledger accounts, consolidation of financial accounts, work estimates, work bills, verification, employee claims, bank transaction, materials reconciliation, all types of bill passing/payments, supplier accounts, contractor payments monitoring financial terms and conditions of third party agreement, factory stock accounting, follow-up with customers for documentation and collection reconciling statement of accounts, inward and outward data, asset accounting, and liase with statutory / internal auditors in audit functions, cash flow, capex,process/product costing, cost sheet, inventory valuation, budgeting, varianxe analysis, cost reduction,liase with regulatory authorities and government departments for obtaining necessary sanction /clearance, inspection, approvals and licenses .... Preparation and analysis of periodic Mis Reports-Production, Sales, working capital, budgeting, overhead, Revenue Collection, inventory-age wise analysis and Forex reports. .
Procurement:
Responsibilities include material planning, ( raw material, consumables,packaging,engineering ,chemicals, utilities etc..)exposure to vendor development including selection and evaluation of vendors, evaluating supply chain management, order management Amc, O&M ,Service, rate contract ,work order delivery schedule and processing inventory analysis. Improvement in inventory turnover, Inventory control, review of slow or non-moving items, developing alternative source of supply, price negotiations and implement of such agreement thru? operating systems. Acquaintance with systems and procedures in purchase function, quality assurance, cost control, cost reduction, control capex, lead strategic and budgeting related to materials.
Manpower planning,contract labour mgt & budgeting :
Responsibilities includes resources optimization, manpower deployed, manpower planning, sourcing & select on of contractor for desired services,attendance, bill processing, daily progress ,payment to contractor, report monitoring, ensure effective utilization of human resources, oversee retention of employees thru' effective strategies,forecast annual manpower budget.
Hr policies & Procedure : Implement Hr policies and procedure, documenting, monitior hr processes.
Recruitment & training,Org development& Ld :
Responsibilities includes sourcing,advertisement,consultant,maintaining data bank,issue of letter of appointment letter, joining report,induction for new joiners, id card, job work training for different roles, conducting training programme, interactive workshop, identify critical employee training needs, supervise, monitior and execute the effectiveness of training workshop, adeptness of new process, soft skills, facilitate on job training, arrange internal and external training programme.
Statutory Compliance : provide input on statutoryb& legal compliance,file statutory documents,statutory payment and deductions within due date,awareness of factory related to compliance.
Discipline & Industrial Relation :
Handling disciplinary action process in the matter of like unauthorized absenteensim, negligence, insubordination,idling and waste in time,stoppage of work,issuing charge sheet,show cause notice, explanation,suspension and termination thru' domestic inquiries, implement grievance redress,resolves issues timely manner,negotiating,settling disputes with the union,attending court& conciliation proceedings, liasioning with external agencies /govt.Dept., compliance with other applicable legislation relating to pollution, factory, bonus, wages, gratuity
Performance & Appraisal Management :
Co ordinate for appraisal system, structure salaries, analysis promotion policy,assist helping employee to understand mgt expectation,coordinating increment,incentives,other remunerative policies,gathering appraisal data.
Reward & recognition/retention :
Job involves designed employee retention bonus policy for longer period, revenue sharing among individual dept. Guide employee on various policies and procedure, managing the work place health and safety, monthly hazardous check, counselling, grievance redress,resolves issues time lt manner, cultural event, sport, prizes, picnics, awareness category events etc..
