Company profile - Manufacture of laminated tubes for the FMCG and Pharma Space.

As Shift In charge to manage a team of engineers and electricians.
To maximize the availability of machine and equipment's and by resolving problem.
Effective planning and scheduling of Machine maintenance activity like Preventive Maintenance,Corrective Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance,Plan Maintenance, Condition monitoring, calibration of machine and equipment's.
Shutdown planning and complete plan work within the specified time period.
Electrical spare parts planning and inventory control.
Planning of machine upgrade due to Absolute spare parts.
To responsible for installation of new and old machine and equipment's as well as Capex Projects.
