Followed procedures for preventive, weekly, fourth night, monthly maintenance to facilitate the performance of Machine and Quality control. Work on PLCs, Communication based on Profibus. Maintain integrity of clean room on regular basis to assure adherence to particulate control. Work with Pneumatic control, Vacuum manifold and hydraulic Valves, servo drives, also tracking belts and conveyor. Assemble, maintain, Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic Components.
