Major Projects done:
Designing of Plastics Molds:
Project#1 : Customer: HP-MEXICO
Tools : UG NX4
Role : Designer
Responsibility : Modeling, Assembly & Drafting Design and Development of cinder pen body
The input was in form of Para Solid model (un parametric). The output was required in Solid model (parametric) and detailing with GD&T. The main criterion for this model is easy to modify by the customer and that has to be done as per customer standards.
Project#2 : Customer: Covidien-Singapore
Tools : UG NX4
Role : Designer
Responsibility : Modeling, Assembly & Drafting Design and Development of trigger assembly
The input was in form of Para Solid model (un parametric). The output was required in Solid model (parametric) and detailing with GD&T. The main criterion for this model is easy to modify by the customer and that has to be done as per customer standards.
Project#3 : Customer: Robert Bosch – Bangalore
Tools : UG NX4
Role : Designer
Responsibility : Modeling, Assembly & Drafting Design and Development of gear assembly
The input was in form of Para Solid model (un parametric). The output was required in Solid model (parametric) and detailing with GD&T. The main criterion for this model is easy to modify by the customer and that has to be done as per customer standards.
Project#4 : Customer: HP-USA
Tools : UG NX4
Role : Designer
Responsibility : Modeling, Assembly & Drafting Design and Development of block haul stop
The input was in form of Para Solid model (un parametric). The output was required in Solid model (parametric) and detailing with GD&T. The main criterion for this model is easy to modify by the customer and that has to be done as per customer standards.
Project#5 : Customer: LEGRIS – Singapore
Tools : UG NX4
Role : Designer
Responsibility : Modeling, Assembly & Drafting Design and Development of sub base assembly
The input was in form of Para Solid model (un parametric). The output was required in Solid model (parametric) and detailing with GD&T. The main criterion for this model is easy to modify by the customer and that has to be done as per customer standards
