Academic Project:
We Conducted A Project On “Study Of Orientation Optimization Of Pineapple Leaf Fiber Reinforced Composites”
Description: Recently, composite materials have successfully substituted the traditional materials in several light weight and high strength applications. The reasons why composites are selected for such applications are mainly their high strength-to-weight ratio, high tensile strength at elevated temperatures, high creep resistance and high toughness. Objective of this project work was to develop a new class of PALF reinforced bisphenol based composites. Also to evaluate mechanical properties such as tensile, flexure, impact etc. The mechanical properties were compared with other natural fiber reinforced composites and encouraging results were obtained.  Our project has been selected as one of the top 24 innovations across the country by a contest conducted by Times Now group and I appeared in a contest named “power of shunya challenge for zero” competition held in Noida .
