Working Process And Projects Handled:
Project process : The scope of work is to convert models from step file to parametric models and creating parting surface for components. Based on the input sheet provided from project leaders which is revised in Team-centre as per requirement. Providing  the required Mechanisms, Mould Base, as Moulding Machine specification  as discussed with project leader. then releasing the data in 2D & 3D Exported the part files and created the Drawing for the components. All the Details drawings were created as per the company standard considering the client requirement.
Software: Pro-e wild fire 5.0 & CREO-2.0(11400 hours), Autocad.
Mould Design & Developing 2D Drawings & 3D Modeling.
Designing the mould for assigned operation in CREO-2 in provided dead line. Designing activity consists of parametric 3D modeling (Part design, Assembly design and Surfacing) & detail drawing (Drafting).
Solid Modeling, Surface modeling, Advanced Assemblies, Detailing of mould part of automotive products.
