Job Profile:
Match the color on two roll mill, Injection Molding M/C & extruders
Responsible for All new development related to product, raw material likes PE, PP, PS, PMMA, Nylon, ABS, ASA, PC, PET, PBT, TPE, TPU, POM etc.
Given correction in the color recipe during first production of development masterbatch.
Color Matching of samples as per Customer requirements.
Monthly preparation of Color development sample feedback report.
Do different tests of the Masterbatch samples received
from the customer like MFI, ash contents, CBC testing, Tio2 Cont., Dispersion etc.
Create database for new pigments.
Raw material testing (Basically pigment testing)
