Title: Mould Design And Manufacturing Of A Split Mould For A Slider Door Lock Used In Vehicle Electrical Box

Description: Slider door lock is a component present in electrical Junction box used in vehicles like cars and trucks for locking and unlocking purpose. Usually the slider door lock is made out of metal which carries weight. The metal part of the lock system is replaced by plastic(ABS) to reduce the weight, provide good insulation and stability.The Edge gate is used to inhibit the product failures due to excessive stress build-up in the product. It can withstand more chemicals and corrosion and the product is recyclable. An injection mould is designed, developed and manufactured.
