Check unit of noise and vibration, filters, motor belt and pulley for proper operation.
Drain and clean condensate pan.
Lubricate, greasing motor and blower bearings.
Clean coil with vacuum, water pressure, brushing.
Remove/clean, adjust and reinstall evaporative pads, debris form surrounding area.
HVAC, Chiller
Check compressor, discharge, section gas pressure, electrical wiring, and oil pressure of compressor.
Descaling condenser tube with nylon brush.
Check chiller and condenser water line float switch.
