Job Profile: -
To start a new m/c runoff and testing we have to maintain the following jobs
To give power supply and software program downloading.
Check electrical panel as per electrical circuits.
To set all system pressure as per Hydraulic circuit.
Temperature calibration and optimization.
Leveling the M/C surface and set smooth lubrication of the moving parts.
Set all Factory parameters.
Calibration of all the velocity.
Testing of all the Optional features of the m/c.
Trouble shooting of electrical, hydraulic & mechanical faults.
Observe all the points before m/c dispatch to the customer.
Maintain good house keeping in the shop floor.
Job Responsibilities
Co-ordination and execution of break down maintenance and preventive maintenance for machines.
Responsible for new installation and trial running of machine.
Responsible for manpower handling, energy saving, reduce maintenance coast, reduce breakdown percentage Machine.
Control Panels, Maintaining ISO records for Variety of Breakdown Maintenance.
Preventive Breakdown maintenance, Machine history on computer, Break down analysis on .
Preparing preventive Breakdown maintenance schedule.
Training Junior to work.
Maintain Spares of smallest possible part & supplier data
Maintaining all the manuals in order
Studying circuits of New equipments
