We as a team of four had done the project to put a step into the mechanical field. The project can be used in medical field where we can replace pelvis of the hip joint by titanium material . Nowadays human body due to extra stress level or due to road accident there are repeating cases in bone fracture. So doctors were using polymer bone material which should be frequently replaced, So to overcome that problem titanium is replaced which has long life The titanium is built on body’s weight with help of CATIA software and meshed using hypermesh
