Job profile - To design Product drawing as per customer requirement. To design the mould, to lead the work in process for manufacturing and good exposure in mould design. Designing a proto type tools using Auto CAD, solid works 2010 and GD&T. Prepare Monthly Production Schedule of works as per job order and urgency. Handling trails and reporting the day to day activities. Attending online breakdowns and finding solutions for eliminating it. Co-ordination with Product Development team how to make product in simple way for reducing time and process cost. Manufactured many prototype oil seals with in short period. Much more experience in to design the Tear Trim(without flash) mould. Modification in moulds as per R&D requirements. Interacting with customers or vendors and perform work related to modification, conversion on various projects running for production.

Job profile -Hand on experience in product development drawing sample fabrication. Good knowledge in drawing generation. Main responsibility is preparation of product technical specifications and approving the technical drawings. Identifying the customer needs and goals for a product. Conduct CFT meeting for Design reviews as well as the Design and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis DFMEA & PFMEA.
To make a feasibility study for the new products. Preparing the lead time to developing the product. And intimate it into our business meets. Document the time study. And also known which material has to be perfect for the preferred place like high temperature hydraulics needs highly heat resistance material for prevent the leakage.
