Working As a Executive Of Testing / Service Dept.works includes Testing of machine, Electrical and Electronic as well as Plastic Processing, Testing of Extrusion Blown Film Plants As Well As includes the following responsibilities.
Also look in testing of machine when machine comes after assembly stage I have Test the machine as per customer requirement and solve the problem like Processing, mechanical, basic electrical as well as electronics also.
Erection and Commissioning of all kind of Extrusion Blown Film Plant (i.e., Mono layer and Multilayer blown Film plant, etc)

Successfully testing of 2500/2800mm Film width IBC line with D.R.Joseph Make Ibc Controlling system and Plast control / Doteco System (Thickness & Gravimetric control System )
Successfully Erection and Commissioned all various plant in overseas country Africa (Nigeria / Kenya / Ghana, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Vietnam, South Africa as well as domestic sites also.
Successfully Testing and Demo of the 7 Layer machine & A-B-A Model (Two layer) which was First line of the Windsor in Plast India Exhibition 2015. Fully Involvement to establish in these both of line Regarding Product development/Processing and Mechanical Point of view.
