Job Profile:
Working on Husky Injection Molding Machine of diff. tonnage capacity (225 Ton to 350 Ton), Husky Mold (hot runner system), also machine accessories like, Dehumidifier, Resin dryer.
Responsible for taking total charge of maintenance of plant machinery, EOT crane, forklift truck & other material handling equipments.
Plan and carried out preventive maintenance of machine and mold, Dryer, Dehumidifier.
Also responsible for maintenance of utility Dept. air compressor, D.G. set, Pump, cooling tower, and chiller.
Plan and carried out diff. mold and core change.
Responsible for checking quality of product during stage and final inspection.
Responsible for ISO 9001-2000 standard procedure, documentation, and internal & external audit.
