Job Profile:
Working as a quality engineer in the firm, which is producing rubber and plastic items such as vestibules, rubber washers, hytrel washers, silent blocks, axle box front cover, brake gear bushes, protective tubes, sole plates, side bearer pads etc for the Indian Railways as per the IS standards and related specifications of the railways.
My works are entirely related with looking after the daily laboratory testing of our products starting from the raw materials to finished products to ensure the quality and traceability.
I also need to attend the railway inspections of our products with RDSO and Rites Ltd. whenever we are giving the call for material dispatching and ensure that it satisfies our customers.
We are also supplying products for some of our local customers and that too as per there quality needs. I am familiar with all testing equipments of our company that all we using for our internal and final inspections of our products.
I was a active team member of R&D team also. I was in the team which developed GRSP and Side bearer bushes for Indian Railway.
