Job Description :
As per Experience of 3years in Bulk Raw material conveying through Pneumatic system , So these are my few following duties in mechanical andelectrical section work during at site are as follow.

Erection and Commissioning of Prasad Equipmentfrom Unloading and Jumbo bag empty station, small bag unloader, conveying system (Powder Loader), Additive Weighing, liquid Weighing and mixer automation etc
Installed equipment as per Ppspl layout design, and plant layout.
Cable laying of various panel and M/C as per connecting load.
Installation of Ppspl main panel and respective child panel as per layout, cable laying, cable wiring and commissioning of panel withintegration of mixer automation

Equipment /Technical :
Experience in Project of Pvc Compounding and Automatic Conveying System with Scada (Prasad Group)
Experience in Trouble shootingof HMI PLC based machinery.
Working with encoder,servo motor, AC motor, DC motor, AC drive and various type of sensor like proximity, level, photo, temperature, magnetic, radar level detector, RTD, PT100, J, K type, Loadcell of photoelectric type etc.
Experienced in using B&R PLC and Automation
