Maintenance of Steel Melting Shop equipment’s like Electric Arc Furnace 50T EASTERN METEC Make (E.B.T), Continuous Casting Machine (CCM), Fume Extracting System, LRF(50 T) Side Lance, Ferro feeding System (65- 100T/Hr. Capacity), Gas Mixing System, Pollution Control System, Pump-House, E.O.T. Crane (15T to 100T), Pig casting machine and, Compressors, Hydraulics, Pneumatic system maintenance.
Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Shutdown Maintenance of Continuous Casting Machine (CCM), Arc equipments, Cranes, Pump House, Ladle Refining Furnace etc.
Development of new technologies for efficient working of existing equipment’s by way of small modifications.
Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operations and to make recommendations to maintenance.
