Mould Temperature Controller (Done at Lumax industries limited Bangalore)
(Overview of the Project):
Mould temperature control machine is widely used in Plastic Injection Industry. It contains two aspects of Heating &  Refrigeration temperature control. The Mould temperature controller are used to heat up the moulds and maintain Temperature. The High water from the mould is returned to the cooling tank and cooled by direct cooling. It adopts High efficiency temperature pump which can meet the demands of temperature control of precise moulds and mould loops.

Academic Project:
Generator Powered Electric Bike:  
Unfueled Generator Powered Bike is aimed to make an eco-friendly bike. This bike is working by a BLDC motor and this BLDC motor is powered by a rechargeable battery. Rechargeable batteries are specified as 36v, 7ah. This vehicle is a front wheel drive powered by BLDC Hub motor. The generator is placed on the carrier with suitable gear to get the required power. The speed of this bike is controlled by the controlling the speed of motor through a control circuit. It will approximately 30km by a full charge. We can increase the mileage by using high current rated battery.
