Responsible for maintenance scheduling and coordinating with maintenance team and production department to perform daily maintenance activities. With help of

Raw material recycling:
Scope of work: Worked with process and quality team for recycling of purged out raw material. Qualified the low grade products by mixing with original source and also
recycling of purging cycle material. Achieved savings of INR 5.6Mil/Year.
Output improvement by optimisation of chiller temperature:
Scope of work: Worked with process and quality team for optimisation of chiller temperature which depends upon ambient temperature to reduce the cooling cycle time
and gained output of 15%.
