Job Profile: 
• To prepare schedules for the maintenance work and ensure accomplishment of tasks strictly as per the schedules.
• Planning, Execution, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Mechanical and Electrical System. Installation, Testing and Commissioning of various Machinery.
• Supervise and manage vendor engineering and equipment’s deliverable to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
• To ensure compliance of all the safety precautions during the operation of the machines and equipment’s.
• To conduct regular checks and ensure proper maintenance of the machines and also to replace any parts, if need to be.
• To prepare ‘Maintenance Reports’ and keep a record of the entire repair work done to the machines and the equipment’s.

• Responsible in checking the specification and the capacity of the machine and decide of which machine is required to be imported from the suppliers.
• Troubleshoots plant electrical & mechanical problems to determine their cause and recommends options for eliminating such problems. 
• Planning for resources and manpower for planned shutdown of the plant and execution including start-up.
• Daily Power monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis.
• Maintaining minimum spares for attending breakdown and reducing breakdown time.
• Coordination with various departments for smooth functioning of the equipment by feedback and suggestions from them.
• Awareness on Hazardous area classifications and selection of electrical & mechanical equipment.
• Develops the production machines (safety system, organize the working hours and periodic checking).
• Conducting Safety audits within the department and ensuring the compliance from all the employees and updating the checklists and audit reports.
• To ensure timely servicing & proper functioning of the machines and equipment’s. Replacing the spare parts of the machines as and when required.
• To order and procure latest tools to ensure effective maintenance and repairs.
• Recruit and train the maintenance staff.

• I have done “INDUSTRIAL TRAINING” from ROURKELA STEEL PLANT IN SMS (STEEL MELTING SHOP); ROURKELA (ORISSA).Steel is a product of a large and technologically complex industry having strong forward and backward linkages in terms of material flows. In steel melting shop, the raw material is heated in the furnace where steel is melted, and then the molten steel is poured in the ingots mould and after some time it solidifies and after that the solid ingots are taken out from the mould for gas cutting and cleaning of ingots. Steel Melting Shop Machinery item like Induction Furnace, Ingot Moulds for casting and sewing frame grinding machine etc.

• Certification course in “AutoCAD” from CTTC (Central Tool Room & Training Centre), BHUBANESWAR (ORISSA). AutoCAD is a Computer Aided Designing (CAD) software application for    2D and 3D design and drafting, which includes creation of 2D and 3D Geometric Models, Doing Engineering Analysis and Produce Rapid Drafting for manufacturing with the help of computer.
