Roles & Responsibilities As A P& M In-charge:
All maintenance are carried out as per Maintenance schedule.
Operation and maintenance of Batching plant.
Daily inspection for all machinery.
Maintaining all records of Diesel Consumption and Oil's consumption and consumable spares for all types of maintenance tasks.
Preparation of performance reports of all machinery.
maintenance of Batching plants, concrete pumps, wheel loader with back hoe, DG sets, cement feeding compressors and other utility Equipments.

Roles & Responsibilities As A Safety Co Ordinator:
Responsible for development of all H&S Training; Safety Induction, Training Course for all employees, Work place site safety training.
Major activities like implementation of management safety policies, site
safety induction, regular safety inspections, assigning suitable personal protective equipment to all the employees respectively etc.
Adhering to the work permit systems and monitoring the working conditions, providing safe access/egress to the employees at all work sites, maintaining good house keeping, first aid procedures wherever required,
developing good attitudes and accountability for each and every employee etc.
Checking whether all the employees are using the PPE in proper way or not.
Issuing the PPE to all the Employees depending on their need and maintaining the records
Collecting PPE violation letters from the employees who are violating the safety rules.
Clearing the Machinery problems in the safety point of view by communicating with the maintenance department.
Conducting the third party inspection of lifting tackles once in every six months and clearing the problems if any.
Checking the Gas cylinders condition every month and giving the instructions to maintenance department.

Conducting the Tool box meeting section wise daily for about 10 to 15 minutes before starting the work.

Maintenance of Fire Extinguishers in the Factory.
Conducting the Safety induction/Safety training to the newly hired Employees.

Following Lock Out Tag Out and Try Out procedures while any Machine is under maintenance.
Strictly following the Work permit system specially when a person working

Strictly following the standard Safety rules for all the sub contractors working in the Factory.
