Job Profile:
Operation and Parameters setting on Injection Molding Machines (30 Tones to 60 Tones).
Major role in handling molding maintenance / trouble shooting procedures for reducing the down time and increasing the reliability of JSW (All Electric) & Netstal Hybrid & Sumitomo (All Electric) Molding Machine.
Equipment up time analysis through MTBF and MTTR for critical and repetitive breakdown.
Complete operations through ac and dc device and motors.
Making day to day breakdown and analysis report.
