Job Profile:
Primary responsibility is to ensure and improve the machine running status so that all the 60 injection molding machines could run with 100% efficiency.
Handle all types of PLC based machines including Windsor(SP & SPH Series), Ferromatick, Asian Plastic (SM) Machines, FTN Series, LG Machines, Armour & Mark Series
Can do the programming of Asian Plastic (SM) Machines.
Knowledge of Chillers, Compressors, transformers, vacuum circuit breakers, De generators, HT/LT panel boards.
Knowledge of calibration of heaters of all Ferromatick Machines.
