Major Project undertaken
Bearing Tightening & Clearance Measurement work – Alignment work Involved in Development & making SOP for Bearing tightening and clearance measurement work on turbine
Bearing replacement on top of turbine (Front Bearing)
Due to creep age of bearing inner race over shaft bearing lose its Fit, such bearing need to replace on top of tower ensuring further life of bearing.
Process: Heating of inner race and cooling of outer race without using crane
Complete Hub disassembling and bearing replacement along with STS (Special Task Service) Team.
Yaw Gear Box Replacements of WECs.
Hydraulic Braking System Repaired and Replaced by new one on the top of WEC. 
Commissioning and installation of Centralized lubrication system on wind turbines,involved in commissioning testing, & installation of centralized lube system of SKF.

Other Project Undertaken:
In SKF & Lincoln CLS Units, distributors are of brittle material so that when small amount of torque applied, distributor get crack, so this observation communicated with central team and finally we developed a new vendor, SVA Rikkon to provide new distributors of MS, which are tough, economic and cost efficient.
Shinil bearings Yaw gear tooth were very frequently damaging in few WECs during operation, after keen inspection we had concluded that the Surface treatment in few batches of Shinil makes bearing were very poor, and it was a manufacturing defect. So from incoming QC in plant we controlled on this problem, and save the cost of repairing and replacement of a new yaw bearing.

Operation and maintenance of wind farm at Enercon training academy – Daman (Jul 2010 to Jan 2011) , ETA is a word class AICTE Approved institute, provide German standard training in operation and maintenance of wind turbines & other heavy rotating equipment.
