To remove two machines with Auxiliaries and then reinstall
Monitoring preventive maintenance and troubleshooting jobs related to Injection molding machines (Husky G-LINE 225-300 & HY-PET 300), SACMI, Crusher, Mold Dryer, Resin Dryer & Resin loader, cooling units, Chiller and Cooling Towers
To operate & trouble shooting of all Molding Machines
Monitor daily production material stocks, Monitoring on daily basis all production activities, raw material ordering
Taking mold counter in order to predict mold maintenance at different frequencies
Supervision of mold maintenance
To maintain the stock of workshop parts and consumable items in store
Monitor temperature, pressure and volume flow rates of chilled water, cooling
Water, air, oil & vacuum in injection molding machines.
Working on Hydraulics & Pneumatics Valves in Molding Machines.
Monitor temperature of extruder motor and vacuum pump and monitor oil level of extruder motor and main hydraulic oil tank.
Implement MOGAN system and Material Management System.
Preparation of forecasts, reports & review for the top management.
Carry out development and modification required for process improvement.
Working on Chilled Water lines to Increase flow of water in machines.
Preparation of annual import budget.
Materials control management.
Maintaining history of work permits and their closing.
Prepare Monthly breakdown report.
To keep workshop area / store area in good manner and neat & clean.
Maintenance of Machine Conveyors.
